"Myhealth" mobile app: your health data always at your fingertips
The mobile app gives you secure access (via Itsme) to view and/or manage:
- Your open prescriptions
- Your vaccinations
- Your health summary
- Your screening tests
- Your health reports and results
- Medication dispensing history (up to one year)
- Notes in your log
- Your shared medication schedule
- Your care mandates
- Your consent and exclusions
- The visibility of your prescriptions
It is available on iOS and Android:

Myhealth is also available via your computer's web browser.
Your open prescriptions
At the pharmacy, simply present the prescription on your smartphone screen. The pharmacist will scan the barcode and issue your medication quickly and easily.
You can also collect your medication by presenting your eID, or even a paper prescription with a barcode if you prefer. If you want one of these, simply ask your healthcare provider during your consultation.
- You can also view your vaccinations, your health summary, your screening tests and your health reports and results in your web browser via the Myhealth portal, or via the " Myhealth" app.
Your vaccinations
On the Myhealth portal and/or Myhealth app, you can easily view all your vaccinations recorded in your health record. The portal and app allow you to check which vaccinations you've already received, find details about each injection and identify any booster doses you may need. This feature provides a reliable, up-to-date overview, making it easier to follow up with your doctor or pharmacist, and helping to provide better preventive care for you and your family.
Your health summary
On Myhealth, you can view your health summary, a summary of your current state of health, bringing together all the key information from your medical file. It includes details such as your important medical history, allergies, chronic illnesses, current treatments and medical contacts. This summary provides continuity of care, particularly in the event of an emergency or a change of care provider, by ensuring authorised professionals can quickly access the data essential to your care.
Your screening tests
This feature gathers all the information relating to screening tests recommended or carried out for the patient. It allows you to view, in one place, the different types of screening (breast cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, etc.), their status (invited, participating), and data such as the examination date, results and your next invitation.
This feature makes it easy for patients to keep track of their preventive care, find out the progress of their examinations, anticipate future screening tests and take charge of their own health. It helps to improve medical follow-up, avoid oversights and encourage regular preventive care.
Your health reports and results
On the Myhealth portal and/or the "Myhealth" app, you can view your health reports and results, which bring together all the medical documents that hospitals, doctors and laboratories make available in your shared health record: reports, analysis results, imaging tests, treatments, history, etc.
Once you have given your consent, this system provides secure access for you and the professionals treating you to the information you need, improving continuity of care and avoiding unnecessary examinations.
You stay in control of your data: You can manage your consent, control who has access to it, and easily track developments in your health.
Medication dispensing history (up to one year)
The application allows you to view your medication dispensing history for up to a year.
Healthcare professionals involved in your care may also have access to part of your medication history if they have a therapeutic relationship with you. This approach will help improve your health and well-being by preventing medication-related problems, such as drug interactions or overconsumption, and enabling better coordination of care.
Notes in your log
Easily share any comments about the medication you're taking. These notes can be viewed by your prescriber (GP, specialist, etc.) and your pharmacist. This allows them to keep better track of your treatment, so you don't have to remember everything at your next appointment.
Your shared medication schedule
If your doctor creates a medication schedule for you, you can view it directly in the "Myhealth" mobile app. In the app, you can clearly see, day by day and week by week, which medicines to take and when.
Your care mandates
You can now access two types of mandate via the "Myhealth" web portal and mobile app: the health data management mandate and the prescription mandate.
- The health data management mandate:
To make it easier to manage your care, you can grant a mandate to one or more trusted persons.
Your representatives can then view some of your health information, such as:- The notes in your log,
- Your reimbursements,
- Your dispensed medication,
- Your vaccinations,
- Or your medical monitoring.
- The prescription mandate:
Two adults can establish a prescription mandate to make it easier to view, reserve and collect medication at the pharmacy, in accordance with the doctor's prescription.
Please note: To create these mandates, go to the Myhealth web portal and click on the "My healthcare mandates" tab.
You can only grant mandates to a maximum of 10 people.
Managing your consent and exclusions
You can also manage your consent, i.e. authorisations linked to the electronic exchange of health data between healthcare providers, as long as you have not registered an exclusion.
Exclusion management, i.e. the option to exclude one or more healthcare providers from accessing your health data, is also available on the mobile app.
Due to current data protection legislation, it is currently not possible to view your children's prescriptions in the mobile app.
The visibility of your prescriptions
By default, when you collect a prescription at the pharmacy with your eID, the pharmacist can see all open prescriptions. In the app, you can determine whether or not you want each prescription to be visible to the pharmacist. You can, of course, collect the medication you've "hidden" at another time, by showing the prescription barcode on your smartphone screen (or on the paper prescription). This enables you to retain control over your personal data.
